Two Story Homes
Growing Family? If your family has plans to grow, you might want to consider our roomy Morgan model. The Morgan is a 2,288 sq. ft. two story home that has plenty of room for storage with an extra large garage. This 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath floor plan also has optional second version that features 4 bedrooms. If you want extra space come tour this home at our model location located at the intersection of State Route 89 and State Route 30.
Cape Cod Homes
Good with space? If you don’t need all the extra space and want to downsize from your current home, check out one of our Cape Cod style floors plans. Our Fairlawn floor plan is a 1,552 sq. ft. cape cod that features a large laundry room conveniently off of the kitchen. The master bedroom is on the main floor and there’s also two bedrooms on the second level. A great option!
